My name is Hans Rosendahl and I am the founder of Rosendahl & Co. Growth Partners - a strategic advisory with the mission of helping great leaders make great impacts. Before establishing the company, I worked for over 22 years in strategic advisory with some of the world’s leading consultancies in Finland, Europe, and the Middle East.

During my career, I have had the privilege to work with a primarily CXO-level clientele with 100+ initiatives concerning strategy, M&A, and business transformation e.g., growth and restructuring. In recent years, I have also taken on interim leadership positions. My clientele has included start-up companies, private equity companies, family-owned businesses, ministries, and publicly listed companies across industries.
